President, Finance of America Mortgage
Bill Dallas is President of Finance of America Mortgage. Bill is known for building two mortgage companies from the ground up, First Franklin and Ownit Mortgage Solutions. In 2009, he purchased Skyline Home Loans with Upfront Ventures and a talented team to modernize the traditional mortgage business. In 2018, Skyline was purchased by Finance of America as another steppingstone toward realizing our mission and vision to bring the promise of the digital mortgage to our customers and advisors. Today, Bill leads the combined business.
Dallas Capital has completed more than 40 M&A transactions – Intertwin, MindBox, and Cloudvirga to name a few. Finance of America and Cloudvirga’s Two-X Digital Mortgage Platform engages customers, empowers advisors, and removes friction from the home loan process. The affiliated companies are backed by Blackstone (NYSE: BX), one of the world’s most respected investor partners.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Bowling Green State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santa Clara School of Law. He has been named one of Bowling Green’s Top 100 graduates and inducted into the Business Hall of Fame, and co-founded the school’s entrepreneurship center with Scott Hamilton. Bill is passionate about helping others. He is chairman and founding board member of Oaks Christian School, a premier college preparatory 5-12 Christian school located in Westlake Village, California.
Nectar Kalajian leads the TPO business channel and is responsible for setting TPO’s strategic and long-term vision. Nectar’s impressive career in mortgage banking spans more than 43 years. A passionate mortgage industry executive, Nectar constantly seeks creative ways to foster a dynamic mortgage origination platform that focuses on consumer and broker education, customer service, and cost reduction. She has overseen sales and operations in retail, wholesale, correspondent, and direct-to-consumer channels during her long career.
Nectar previously served on the board of the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) and Fannie Mae’s advisory board. She has also worked closely with the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) on various committees. Additionally, she is the co-founder/partner of Cloudvirga, a point-of-sale mortgage platform. In 2012, Nectar was recognized as one of HousingWire’s Influential Women of Housing.
Senior Vice President, National Operations Manager, TPO
Omar Cantillo is responsible for national TPO operations. Omar has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in finance and executive operations. He has built an entire operations and sales region from the ground up. Omar also has a deep background in risk management and workflow optimization. When he’s not working, he volunteers for multiple community outreach programs.
National Underwriting Manager, TPO
Kim Angeles has been with Finance of America since 2016, based out of San Diego. Kim has more than 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry, working in multiple departments. Her wide-ranging industry experience affords her the ability to better understand and connect with all types of clients: borrowers, brokers, real estate agents, loan officers, title/escrow agents, appraisers, and operations staff. As a former Account Executive, Kim genuinely understands the hard work and determination that goes into getting that first loan in the door. She firmly believes that while sales may bring in the first loan, it’s the strength of the internal operations and underwriting teams that foster the relationships that result in the treasured, repeat and loyal customer.
Kim actively attends and participates in lender’s conferences and training seminars hosted by the VA, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CALHFA, Golden State Finance Authority, and USDA. For more than 15 years, she has held active FHA Direct Endorsement and VA Staff Appraisal Reviewer credentials. She was a contributing member of Fannie Mae’s development team that created the ASK POLI™ search engine.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys the outdoors, playing soccer (and watching her two boys play), downhill skiing, camping, and deep sea fishing off the San Diego and Mexican coastline.
Director of Sales, TPO
James Lamparter Co-Leads the TPO sales force, where he is responsible for the growth and development of the TPO sales team, acquisition and deepening of customer relationships and overall market share growth across the country. James mortgage career includes nearly 30 years of sales and more than 25 years of sales management experience at several top mortgage lenders.
Prior to joining Finance of America, James most recently spent 12 years at Parkside Lending as Executive VP of Sales where his leadership was instrumental in taking the non-bank mortgage lender from its early stages to a top 10 wholesale lender with over $5 Billion in annual production. Prior to joining Parkside, James spent more than 12 years with the mortgage group of a large, international bank, where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, from Wholesale Account Executive to SVP and Southwest Group Manager. After the sale of that lender to another large mortgage entity, James was named VP, Divisional Sales Manager for the Southwest, where he oversaw a team of 65 account executives and four regional managers.
Director of Sales, TPO
Clint Rosenthal Co-Leads the TPO Sales force, responsible for growing the TPO market share across the nation and developing deep relationships with our broker and Correspondent Clients through the creation of the best sales force in the business.
After almost 25 years of success in High Tech in various senior and executive management positions in 2004, Clint made an industry change, at the strong urging of a longtime friend and mentor from High Tech who had transitioned into the mortgage industry.
To that end, Clint became a student of the industry, learning all aspects pertaining to channels of TPO business. His skills of collaboration, building strong teams and relentless pursuit of solving customer needs, honed in High Tech, led to success in the mortgage industry. He was a top producing account executive at multiple banks before joining Parkside Lending where he rose to the position of Executive Vice President and helped Parkside Lending become a top 10 non-bank wholesale lender.

Regional Vice President, Central Sales, TPO
Dave Weatherford oversees all TPO sales activities in the Central Division. With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Dave is skilled in educating, coaching, and training peak-performing Account Executives. Dave has a proven track record of developing and implementing sales techniques that significantly increase TPO production and revenue. Additionally, he has sales and marketing experience implementing targeted sales strategies specifically for the TPO business.
Regional Vice President, Eastern Sales, TPO
Todd Carte oversees and manages all sales operations in TPO’s Eastern Region. Todd has nearly 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and 20 years of management experience. He was drawn to FAM TPO because of its culture, experienced senior leadership, and growth potential to become a leading brand in the mortgage industry. Todd’s strengths include leadership, training, and mentorship, and he continually looks for ways to motivate all FAM TPO team members.
Regional Vice President, Western Sales, TPO
Mike McCarthy manages and oversees all TPO sales activity in the West. Mike is a seasoned mortgage sales executive with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He has led teams of wholesale Account Executives to high levels of performance through strategic goal setting and by building supportive team environments. Mike has varied and ample experience building both outside and inside Account Executive teams from the ground up.
