Two-X Apex from Finance of America Mortgage is designed to accommodate high LTV financing. With borrowing limits up to $2.5 million, a minimum credit score of 680, and no mortgage insurance requirements- Two-X Apex gives your clients the buying power of a conforming loan with the loan amounts of a jumbo. Two-X Apex may be the ideal product for clients who are well documented, have no derogatory credit and want to put less money down when purchasing their home.

  • 95% maximum LTV.
  • No mortgage insurance for LTV’s >80%.

I’m a 20 year professional in the wholesale mortgage industry. I spent the majority of my career working at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage from 1998-2017 as a Personal Banker, Underwriter, Account Executive and as Regional manager. I recently joined the Finance of America Mortgage FAMily in 2018 as a Sales Manager of the National Accounts team selling both Wholesale and NDC. My team and I look forward to working with you and strive to give you the best sales support in the business.

My personal life is mostly consumed by my wife and I chasing around our 3 young daughters, all of which participate in several sports and activities. My sole male companion at home is my yellow lab named Wyatt. I’m an avid golfer (as time and family permits) playing on weekends and occasionally in state amateur events. Highlight of my golf life has been trips to the birthplace of golf, Scotland, and have also played in Ireland. I’m also a loyal Minnesota sports fan. Which means I’ve endured a lot of heartbreak brought on by the Vikings, Twins and University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Football and Basketball.

What I’m reading

The last book I read and would highly recommend is ‘The Operator’ by Robert O’Neill. I’m also a peruse Twitter on daily basis to get updated on the world in general.


What I’m watching

I mostly enjoy watching current TV shows. There’s a lot of good ones, but my recent favorites include ‘The Americans’, ‘Better Call Saul’, ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Fargo’.
