What is Two-X Apex?

Two-X Apex from Finance of America Mortgage is designed to accommodate high LTV financing. With borrowing limits up to $2.5 million, a minimum credit score of 680, and no mortgage insurance requirements- Two-X Apex gives your clients the buying power of a conforming loan with the loan amounts of a jumbo. Two-X Apex may be the ideal product for clients who are well documented, have no derogatory credit and want to put less money down when purchasing their home.

Program Details:
  • 95% maximum LTV.
  • No mortgage insurance for LTV’s >80%.
  • Credit scores down to 680.
  • Maximum DTI 43%.
  • Minimum loan amount $100,000.
  • Maximum loan amount $2,500,000.
  • Loan terms include: 20 & 30-year fixed and 5/1, 7/1 & 10/1 ARMs.
  • 2-15 months reserves required.

As a college kid, I found the Mortgage Business as an excellent way to prepare myself for what I hoped would for sure be a job on Wall Street. Along the way, I grew out of operations and into Wholesale Sales finding that I loved B2B sales much more than I loved the thought of working 80-90 hours/week like some of my friends. I’ve Created Industry influence in my regional market through marketing, Educational Training, a partnership with MI Companies & CAMP while delivering on my own model of Accuracy, Consistency & Timeliness.

After 18 years, I’m now lucky enough to have found a new home here as an Area Sales Manager covering the PacNW, Orange & San Diego Counties. Living in the East Bay of California, I am a fan of Mortgage Banking, Technology, and Wine. I love being with my Family at home; watching College Football & Baseball and praying for snow during the winter.
