I have had the pleasure of working with Tim Verinder for almost 15 years now. He has always been an avid supporter of myself and our company, always helping us to explore new avenues and grow our business. He isn’t just a standard Account Executive that helps solve day to day issues, he is always looking out for future opportunities and growth potential. He has helped us in more ways than I can state here but can assure anyone considering working with him that he will take great care of you and your company. Finance of America has been a great lender for us and for Tim, providing that small lender feel while having a large lender footprint so you don’t have to worry they will disappear overnight. They are always working with us vs. against us and employ strong underwriters and staff support to keep turn times solid and pricing on point. You cannot go wrong with Tim, nor Finance of America!
